You're so tweet!

Hiya crafty fiends,

CUTE ALERT!!!

How cute are these owls from the Creativity Club!!!

I love these cute little critters and love the pastel colours too.

I have made a card with a matching gift bag, and that's why I love using downloads. You can resize anything to work with what you want to make. The owls on the card are the original size, and the gift bag was enlarged and traced on my cutting machine software then cut out.

I cut around the branches then added the owls and also added some extra leaves to give a bit of dimension.

For the gift bag I layered up the elements of two enlarged owls, then made a bag-e-lope and stuck them to each side. I used a small amount of repositional glue (which I let dry) as a closure for the bag.

Christmas in August :)

Hiy crafty friends,

As you can see I got a bit carried away with the Creativity Clubs Christmas download :) I love doing Christmas crafts, so it was a fabulous excuse to play.

I absolutely LOVE this box made from a cut file from Silhouette!!!!And the Nordic style pattern worked really well.

So pleased the pattern came together on the top to form a snowflake. I'd like to say that was planned but it was totally a happy accident.

A quick a simple card (don't you just love the 'wooly' paper :)

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without a cracker :)

My little woolen box. I adore this cute little box :)

A fabric look Poinsettia

And finally, two little gift tags

Tag! You're it :)

Hiya crafty friends,

Todays Creativity Club make is made using part three of the gorgeous Renaissance collection. It's a fantastic collection to work with. I love the vintage feel to it, which could be used on so many different projects.

I decided to make three tags as I really wanted to use all the different papers, which work so good together. And I am so glad I did!!

Please ignore the fact that there is no hole. I forgot to do it before a took the photo's and I've only just noticed...doh!...lol!

I really like script backing paper and love the way it has been combined wit he damask design...very classy!

I especially like the blue one.

As I am week behind in my Creativity club makes. Keep your eyes peeled this week for another club project. And as s crafters we know that July ''Tis the season to be jolly', so it will definitely have a christmassy feel.

It's the Renaissance...

Hiya crafty friends,

Gradually catching up with the Creativity Club downloads I have missed, and I have to say this collection 'Renaissance'  is one (of many) of my favourites. And even if I do say so myself,, I am really pleased with the end result.

I love making paper flowers, and the download designs worked perfectly with them.

The 'Congrats' sentiment was cut out from the same download of the flowers

I love the the subtle green download I used to make the box it's self...it's gorgeous!!!

The whole box was fully designed made using my Silhouette Cameo. I couldn't believe how easy it was to drag and drop the download pattern paper in the designs in Silhouette software. It certainly saves ink! :) I really don't know where I'd be without this machine now :)

You are my sunshine

Hiya crafty friends,

Well, the sun is still scorching here in the UK and the summer holidays are on the horizon (*GULP*). So this weeks Creativity Club download could not have come at a better time.

I have made a very summery gift bag and card. The template (Triangle Gift Box Project) for the bag can be found in the Creativity Club download section, and there is also an accompanying video in the Creativity TV section by the fabulous Jo Austin.

The button was made by cutting multible buttons and then layer and glue on the top of each other (I used three layers for the middle section, and six layers for the outer edge)

Inside the flap is a 'You are my sunshine' sentiment, that I cut out using my Silhouette Cameo
