Hiya crafty friends,
Today's tutorial is something a little different for me...a button bracelet. I saw a picture of one on Pinterest and liked it, so I'd give it a go. Even though I have never done jewellery making before.
So, here's my first foray into the world of jewellery :)
10mm jump rings |
Various buttons |
Blank charm bracelet |
1. Place the bracelet out on to your table and place the larger of you buttons underneath, to work out how you want them spaced out |
2. Open one of the jump rings with some thin nose pliers |
3. Thread one of the buttons on to it |
4. Thread the jump ring through one of the bracelet links and close the jump ring with a pair of thin nose pliers |
5. Carry on adding your button, but also and some smaller bottom on to the same
jump rings to add a bit of fullness
You can leave it at this stage, if wanted but...
6. I collected some bit a bobs from charity shops etc... |
7. ...and started adding the using the jump rings again. |
8. And here is the finished result...
That's brilliant, There'll be no stopping you now x
