Double masking video...

Hi Crafters!

This video was inspired by the lovely and talented Nikky Hall. When I saw her doing this technique I just had to give it a go (hope you don't mind Nikky :))

As I am fairly new to stamping, I didn't quite have the stamps I wanted. But after digging around in my collection I think I found some good substitutes, which goes to show that you can use any stamps you may already have in your collection for this technique.

Hope you enjoy doing this easy but affective technique.

Part 3 of my three video techniques card - Finished Project

Hi crafters,

I've really enjoyed making the videos for my last three posts, as they are techniques that I haven't used to often, so it was nice to use them all on one card. And talking of that card, here it is:

Part 3 of my three video techniques card-Even border punching around a page

Hi Crafters,

Well, this is the final part of my three part video series. This particular technique was not mine but was worked out by the very talented and clever Becca from Amazing Paper Grace (I hope you don't mind Becca. I just had to give it a go). There is a much better tutorial over on her page.

I must apoligies, as you will notice, that one of the corners is a bit 'off', but it was a bit hard to do presice measuring when you have a camera and tripod right in front of you...lol! And I only noticed after editing...oops!  I'm sure you all will do a much better job :)

I really enjoyed making this card and I will be posting the final project later today

Part 2 of my three video techniques card-Colouring a grey animal (Tatty Teddy) with Promarkers

Hi,

Carrying on from my last post, which was the first part of my three part video techniques card. This video is concentrating on the main image of the card, which is a stamped Tatty Teddy image (of course the stamp was free with a magazine...lol) and the ink is Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Sorry fo the delay in posting this video. I had problems uploading it, but hopefully it works this time :/

I'm sure crafters have many different techniques using their Promarkers. This is just what I find works best for me at the moment, as I am always changing the way do things.

Because of the length of this video I have had to post it in two parts

Part 1

Part 2

Thanks for joining me

Part 1 of my three video techniques cardHow to emboss a piece of card that is larger than your embossing folder..

Hiya crafters!!

Sorry I've not posted for a little while guys. Had lots of family and personal stuff to take care of, but here I am and raring to go.

The last few days I have been busy making some videos to post here and now I'm in the midst of completing the finished cards. So hopefully by the end of next week I will have lots of things to post, in the coming weeks, for you all.

This first video has been made especially for Clare, as I know how frustrating this particular technique was when I first starting using it. I hope it helps Clare :)

There will be two other technique videos before I post the finished card I used this embossed piece of card on (to be honest the card isn't finished yet anyway...lol)

I hope you enjoy the video and I hope it helps in some way.
By no means am I an expert, far from it, but if anybody would like me to make a video of a particular technique, please do not hesitate to ask and if I possibly can, I will try and help.

Thanks for visiting my blog x
